This project began in 1996. Amec Marine worked on the construction of the new Marina in Saint Helier. This was tough during the winter but definately had its advantages during the summer. These images were taken before I became a professional photographer, and it's often easier to get people to relax if you know them well. My job on this project was to set-out & survey the works as a site engineer - but I realised how important it was to record the spectacle.
