In January 2003, London received its first major snowfall for about 10 years. As you may imagine, most Londoners were spell-bound by this event and went into the parks to throw snow balls at each other rather than sit in the office, keeping warm. Even the most hardened Londoner would have found the sight of all this snow heart-warming!
