Gallery 07: Around the Cathedral of Seville

Seville has to be one of the jewels of mainland Spain, but I think it is often under valued. There is a rich tapestry of history here, that you will probably find easier to absorb in Spring or Autumn rather than the hot arid Summer, when temperatures reach 40 degrees Celcius! But if you do visit, try to make the most of the whole area and include the river, cathedral and Plaza Espana. The pictures below show some views from the Giralda tower and the main facades of the cathedral proper.
